1. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through our parent company, True Life International Fellowship. However, credit will be applied directly to New Insights DWI Counseling Services.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made for services are final and non-refundable. By submitting your payment, you agree to this policy regardless of attendance, cancellation, or program completion.

3. Processing Fee

A 3% processing fee will be applied to all payments to cover transaction costs. This fee is non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that payments are made in full and on time. Failure to submit payment may result in delayed or suspended services.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with state and federal regulations. Payment records are maintained securely.

6. Acceptance of Terms
